Where necessary, we place design engineers in residency at our principal customer bases, providing both leadership and support to their engineering teams, thus ensuring optimum design and product value.

To complement this service and expertise, Thermotec has off-site tooling and prototype facilities, replicating the machinery and processes to be found at the main manufacturing site in Aston, Birmingham.

Such a facility enables us to provide fully proven and documented prototypes in short lead times, without impacting on current volume production.
