The process is to vacuum form an inner shell substrate (usually in ABS) that is then overmoulded with an integral skin polyurethane foam. The frontal protection systems are supplied with full mounting kits and fitting instructions.

Our wheelarch liners are supplied with all of the associated accessories already fitted such as: – NVH pads; rub strips, access hatches, fasteners and heatshields.
