With the advancements in different materials now available, we can produce cost-effective tooling to enable the manufacture of limited prototype or production parts.

We work closely with our toolmaker and having secured investments, they have machinery that replicates our own production machinery.

Having made and supplied the moulding tooling, we can then supply mouldings directly back to the toolmaker who can 5 axis CNC trim them, then validate each item via CMM. We receive the parts, inspection report, and cutting programme in days with absolutely no impact to our production facility.

This drastically improves our speed to market, and also enables us to manage multiple projects.
